TownePlace Suites by Marriott Omaha West

Very nice. Staff are amazing!

Just completed a 5-night stay and was quite disappointed. Despite multiple requests to the front desk, our room was only cleaned once and only the trash was taken out. Our beds were not made even once, let alone the sheets changed. The rest of the hotel public areas were also not well maintained. As a Gold Elite Marriott member, it's one of the most disappointing stay experiences I've had. Definitely will stay elsewhere next time.

Not as listed. We reserved a queen suite which on the listing includes 2 queen beds and a double pull out. We got a regular 2 queen with only 2 queens and no couch whatsoever and definitely not the square footage listed for a suite. Beds were less than comfortable and the room felt very stuffy. The temperature outside was nice so we tried to open the window to get some fresh air and the window only slid open a few inches and there was no screen. One of the side entrance doors had wires sticking out of the spot where the key card reader should have been so guests kept placing something to prop the door open so they could get in through that door. So no security there. The pool was busy from a birthday in the lobby when we arrived and then when we went in later in the evening the lighting in the pool was very dim and the tile around the pool was VERY slick!! After not sleeping great we didn’t get to breakfast right away but it left much to be desired!! Several things not refilled including waffle batter and oatmeal. Had to search for plates and bowls that needed refilled also. Our options left were bagels, toast, eggs, sausage discs, soggy French toast sticks and cold cereal.

The TownePlace Suites is where we stay every time we visit Omaha. Always well kept property & friendly staff. Jenn was super helpful getting things sorted out in my room (needed bulbs for the bathroom & replaced shower head). Jenn is very attentive to all the guests at the hotel.

Had a great weekend stay - the room was clean and spacious - the front desk employee Jen was very nice and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect - I will definitely be staying here again next time that I need to stay somewhere in Omaha

There was only 2 towels in the bathroom. The second bedroom was hot no matter what the wall thermostat was set to.

Decent clean hotel. The beds and kitchen were clean and modern. Some of the chairs and carpet were a bit older. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Nav and Tasha were very helpful, friendly, and courteous. Brintay was super friendly and really helpful. Breakfast was ok but not a lot of options.
