"I am writing to share some feedback regarding my recent stay, which unfortunately did not meet the expectations set during the booking process. My primary reason for selecting this property was the Ski-in/Ski-out feature. Upon arrival, I was informed this access had been unavailable for over a month due to weather conditions. I believe that providing advance notice of such a significant service interruption would have been appropriate, as it would have allowed me to manage my expectations or adjust my travel plans. Furthermore, I encountered some challenges regarding room comfort. When I requested additional blankets, I was informed that none were available due to high occupancy. The linens provided did not reflect the high standard or the premium price point of this hotel. I believe there is a significant opportunity to improve both communication and guest services to ensure the experience aligns with the hotel's reputation and pricing."

I liked the mountain scenery. Shower was fantastic.

Multiple issues with hot tubs. Was NOT ski-in/ski-out despite advertising so. Loud construction happening constantly and ruined the view. Valet service was hit or miss, got hung up on multiple times or had no shows. Limited on-site entertainment and over priced food.

Very Nice staff. Wonderful location.

We are here during busy week (Christmas to NYE) and the hotel is short staffed -- which wouldn't be so bad if the staff that is here was actually helpful. We came here for ski in and ski out which is closed b/c of snow -- they made zero announcement about that to the guests, and also closed down the restaurant by the pool/ski lift as well. Was standing at concierge desk for a half hour this morning and person at front desk clearly saw me and I finally walked over to ask if there was one and he only then decided to tell me when is not on duty for another hour. Will not stay here again -- would be the same as staying in a vrbo given lack of service.

The shower was not working properly, because it had only very hot water, was impossible to take a shower. I told them it and they told me that they would fix, but in the next day, the same issue happened during the time that my wife was taking a shower. She stooped in the middle of the shower because was impossible to take a shower and they told us that a person would go there to fix, but the person arrived around 1 hour later and my wife was waiting to finish the shower. I never expected that the shower would not work in a 5 start restaurant. I was very very disappointed.
