The service was good staff was very nice and the room was clean.

The only issue was that there was no cold water in the shower the water only came out boiling hot and would not turn off completely and was running all night making the room extra hot. Since we were on the first floor you could hear very loudly when people would go in and out of their rooms because the doors would slam.

The communication before i got to the hotel with the front desk was good and very accommodating since i missed my flight

My room was never attended to even after i requested it to be cleaned. Stayed 4 nights, and no change of towels or sheets or room got cleaned. I was out almost the whole day and will get back to my room at about 3am in the morning and meet the same thing. Some of the towels i had were stained. The bathroom wall wasn't well cleaned. No room service even after i requested

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. From the moment I arrived, the hallways and common areas smelled strongly of marijuana. The room itself was not clean—there was visible black mold in the shower, and the overall cleanliness was far below standard. To make matters worse, I planned to relax by the pool on a Friday afternoon in June, only to find it locked. When I asked the front desk, I was told it hadn’t been cleaned. That’s unacceptable. The breakfast was also a letdown. Many of the appliances didn’t work properly—I had to physically hold the toaster down just to get it to function. This experience fell far short of basic expectations for hospitality and cleanliness.

It was a good stay. The only thing was there was some water damage in the bathroom and needed to be fixed. The hotel need the grass mowed and edge. It would make it look cleaner and more inviting.

I like the location, which was close to my home,. I liked the lobby, it was updated and light. Check in and out was quickly done. I appreciated the abundant hot water even on the 3rd floor. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked well.

The bathtubs need plumbing help. The water faucets were loose and they dripped slightly, even after tightening the valve. The tile floor needed new grout, Small repairs are needed.

Staff courteous and nice. Staff helped me correct mistakes on my booking reservation. Overall good experience. I am a fan.
