The smell of weed coming through the vents and lingering in the hallway from the guests that stayed next to me. The employee that was preparing the breakfast was very ruudddddeeee. She was very inconsiderate.

The location of this hotel was ideal for our visit. It is close to various restaurants and stores.

The hotel smells of strong disinfectant and I found that unpleasant. There were many things that needed to be cleaned or repaired that would improve the look and feel of the hotel. Breakfast was disappointing and the same each day. The toaster didn't work unless the lever was held in place, so you had to stand there blocking everyone else to toast a bagel. Why didn't they go across the street to Walmart and just buy a new toaster? The room itself was okay. It was clean as was the bathroom. The linens, especially the towels, were very nice...thick and soft.

Has the potential to be a 5 star hotel, unfortunately it’s a 2 star hotel right now

The bed was really comfortable, and the room was nice and cool when we got there.

Our shower didn't work, so I called the front desk to let them know. She pretty much brushed it off because I was staying one night. After traveling I wanted a hot shower before bed. The room had what looked like to be mold on the curtain, there was I'm guessing pee stains on the side of the tub. All around it was not worth the money for just one night.

Hotel was decent overall. We asked for a room on first floor near an entrance because we brought our dog. Dog friendly was a plus. But the room was damp and musty and nothing ever dried out, even with air conditioning on constantly. Everything felt wet. It was very uncomfortable, but we needed to be close to the exit, so we stayed in that room.

Property was clean and place was nice. Employees are always pleasant. Breakfast was ok. Overall, everything was good...

Many things were in poor to bad condition in our room. The coffee pot did not work. The tv remote had holes in it over the buttons. The room was supposed to be cleaned every other day but it wasn’t. Things were not restocked like toilet paper, tissues, or towels. We have stayed at other Comfort Inns and were very pleased with the service. This is the worst Comfort Inn I have ever been to.

I was there a week and they only cleaned once. I did have do not disturb on my second day and forth day. My trash was piled up and towels dirty for three days.
