The whole hotel needs upgrades. All the rugs are worn and the bathroom was in need of tile work

Stayed 3 days, first day didn’t clean but front desk said they clean every other day and that room would be cleaned.. got in around 9pm 2nd night, room not clean and no fresh towels, 3rd repeat

The fridge leaked water on the floor, when I made the reservation it was supposed to be Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday but it only did Wednesday, and Thursday so when I realized what happened I went to the desk to informed them what happened and asked if I just needed to go online and extend the reservation and they said no that they would take care of it for me. The next morning I was looking at my bank account and I was billed 128.00 so I went back down to the desk and the lady never even got out of her chair and said that I was billed correctly. I told her that I paid 71.00 for Wednesday and same for Thursday so I didn’t understand why I got charged double and she said each night was a different price. I told her I wasn’t made aware of that and she said sorry and put her head back down

The location and the cold AC bed was soft love the pillows

Well first off there was black mold on the ceiling in the batch room. Tolite paper was not fully stocked
