Hilton Garden Inn Nashville/Franklin-Cool Springs

We had 2 rooms and they weren’t ready at 3;45 when we got there. We got new rooms and the tv didn’t work, had to call and again because the remote didn’t work.

Hotel location about 25 to 30 min from International Airport, good parking, good location, and staff. Good business rooms for conference. Rooms are ok, room window looking at hotel roof with no view. Next to Dunkin donuts and Starbucks and various restaurants.

Was hard to find entrance to the hotel from the street at night..

The location was great, lots of food options around and less than 30 min to Nashville downtown. Clean, had microwave and mini fridge, nice workout gym. Having a proper door to the bathroom.

Lighting in room was VERY dim. Pool was not very warm. Peeling paint in high humidity areas (our shower, the pool area). Shower stall door is awkward with the interior handle placement making it narrow. If you try to move the door with the handle to the other side water gets through the crack between the doors and all over the floor. Not enough hooks for used towels (only one!).

The door to the cabinet housing the refrigerator was about to fall off. Can't understand how that went unnoticed by cleaning service. I also can't understand how a USED K-Cup was left near the coffee maker and not replaced by a fresh one.

I always enjoy my stay here, any time I just want a quick get away.

Jenni was a great hostess in the kitchen area. She was extremely friendly and engaged with most of the guests in a very caring way.

We found ourselves here unexpectedly as we were stuck in the area due to severe weather on our way home. Glad we found Hilton Garden Inn! The room was plenty big for one adults and two kids with comfy beds and clean, modern bathroom. It was the perfect refuge from the weather and we had a very peaceful night of sleep. I can't speak to any of the amenities, but we didn't need much during our stay. Would definitely stay here again if I was in the area.

The room seemed to be worn out. Trim on the furniture was not attached and the hook on bathroom door was torn off. For a property that by all appearances was relatively new, it has really been run down.
