We recently hosted a week-long leadership development workshop at the Hilton Garden Inn Nashville/Franklin Cool Springs and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Our group included 22 participants and presenters rotating throughout the week, and the hotel staff consistently delivered top-tier service. The team was friendly, professional, and incredibly accommodating — especially when it came to supporting one of our participants with a serious gluten sensitivity. They went above and beyond to ensure she had safe, satisfying meal options each day. The training room was set up exactly as needed, the hotel was impeccably clean, and the location was ideal. Our attendees appreciated being close enough to enjoy Nashville’s activities after hours while still benefiting from a calm and professional training environment. Highly recommend this venue for any business event or meeting — outstanding service, comfort, and convenience all in one.
