Residence Inn by Marriott Springfield Old Keene Mill

I had a wonderful stay and plan on going back.

Good size rooms . Location

The staff were outstanding and accommodating. Could not have asked for anything better.

There are some areas that should be attended to such as the worn out and frayed carpet in my room. Some areas could use some high dusting and cleaning such as air vents.

Check-in was good. However, when entering the room it had a smell to it. The bathroom floor was dirty and there were dirt splatters on the walls. When lifting up the matresses for a bug check it was disgusting (stains on the bed skirt, dirty sock, hair, dirt, ans dust wre under the mattress. The carpet was old and bed was sagging from use. When attempting to go to bed we heard what sounder like water leaking through the ceiling but come to find out it had to have been just the sound od the shower feom the room above us - never could hear somwthing like that before. Definitely will not return!

Would be nice if outlets had the USB/type S option

Beautiful hotel.

I like the location of the hotel and the breakfast available everyday. The desk was helpful in resolving a problem encountered during my stay.

Great facility. Comfortable,clean, great staff.
