Stay was nice, staff friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

If I could give zero stars, I definitely would. I booked the Residence Inn Marriott Springfield Old Keene Mill for two nights using Booking.com, paying at the same time. Shortly after—maybe half an hour later—I received an email from Booking.com asking me to complete my reservation. Thinking the payment hadn’t gone through, I booked again for the same type of room, for the same person (my son), with the same check-in and check-out dates. When I realized I had made two bookings, I immediately contacted Booking.com through their app and also tried to reach the Residence Inn Marriott Springfield Old Keene Mill directly. Booking.com said they would try to explain the situation to the property, but I found out they decided to charge me for both rooms! For the same person my son, same dates and same credit card If you can, choose a different place to stay—this one is completely lacking in integrity.

I arrived late and told me breakfast was until 10:30 and was until 10:00 … first morning I didnt have breakfast… they said I am sorry 😢

Nice suite.

Difficult entrance placement.

Rooms are relatively large, gym is excellent for a hotel and the breakfast bar is far better than most other hotels. This has become our new go-to when in the DMV.
