Breakfast is better than average. Rooms are clean. Front desk staff are great. Price was reasonable.

The bed pillows looked fluffy, but weren't...doubling up on them helped, though.

It was comfortable.

The location and the hotel itself was great

I did not like that I asked for my room to be cleaned, left to go out came back 5 hours later no one cleaned the room, trash and dirt towels were still in bathroom

I Really enjoyed our one night here. Check in was a breeze. The room was clean and well appointed. It was quiet and the beds comfortable. Having a kitchen was just an added bonus. Good parking and free. They also have a wonderful breakfast buffet in the morning and a happy hour in the afternoon. Would definitely stay here again .

Over-all, where it counted, I gave the property a 5 star. The room was much nicer than most (at least I liked the layout) and the breakfast was pretty nice, and I liked the ability to go directly into the hotel from the garage though whoever built the property could have done a better job of aligning the garage with the actual floor levels. Our room was facing the busy street and did have road noise all night if you are a light sleeper. One elevator was out during our visit, which caused some delay but not too bad and don't expect that to be the case all the time. Breakfast staff was very accommodating and friendly but since we did not get daily maid service, cannot speak to that staff.
