The location was excellent but the bed was uncomfortable and the bathroom was disgusting.

Water wouldn't go down in the shower. And the shower curtain(actually only a liner) was super dirty! The windows of the whole hotel were very dirty, as were the handrails.

The price and location

The room was extremely hot. It was below zero outside but the room was so hot we had the heat turned off. It was very uncomfortable to sleep. No creamer or milk for the coffee, no one at the desk to ask.
