The close proximity to the New Hampshire Bank Pavilion is really the ONLY benefit of staying there.

Housekeeping is practically nonexistent. The bathroom mirror was splattered by the previous occupants' brushing their teeth. (What else didn't Housekeeping clean?) There are no closets. No hooks to hang up one's clothes. From what I could see, the Breakfast consisted of a waffle maker, coffee machine without cups to drink coffee from, and cold cereal. Eat at the Tilton Diner instead. The television turns on - but does not have service.

The location was the only plus side for this experience

From the moment I was checking in, I was uncomfortable. The man checking me in was rushing me along as I tried to read the rules and regulations he was having me sign off on. The room felt creepy the whole stay. No decor, no furnishings besides two beds, tv, and one side table. The TV/remote did not work. The door was my biggest concern. There were signs of a chain door guard, but it had been removed. No deadbolt. Just one singular lock on the door that felt low security. Any time I was in the presence of an employee, I was glared at for just existing in their space. Uncomfortable all around.

Location was great for attending a concert in Gillford. Check in was easy.

Cleanliness. Person next door standing on the porch smoking while leaning against the no smoking/no vaping sign. Only a half a roll of toilet paper. No hairdryer. No tissues. No cups or glasses. Beer caps, cereal on the rug. No coffee cups in the kitchen area. Litter around door entrance and parking lot. Towels stained.

The location was great! Very scenic! The staff was excellent and so polite! The breakfast waffles were great! So happy with the extremely comfortable bed, the walk - in shower, the lovely view of the lake, the ice machine and the breakfast accommodations! The whole experience was fantastic! Thank you so very much for a great resting place!
