"Picturesque safe place for good value with minor maintenance needs."

Good location with easy access, beautiful views of the lake, safe.

Room maintenance needed - sink faucets were shut off and did not work, ceiling lightbulb needed replacing, the room needed a table for writing, eating, placing a computer, etc. Also, the bathtub faucet leaked and needed repair.
