Winnisquam Lake Inn

The location is perfect for attending shows at the NH Bank Pavilion.

Woke up with a spider crawling on my neck. The trash had not been emptied from the previous guest(s). The bath towels are skimpy and too small for use after a shower.

Our room was the size of a closet.. no wallpaper (wallpaper half torn off) Looked very rundown

Room was dirty with vomit stain on the wall. Room was musty. Bathroom was very small.

They were flexible with the check-in time and the room was a good value for the price.

Needed assistance at the service desk a few times and consistently had to call up a phone number and wait for long periods of time for someone to help me.

It was sparsely furnished. Just a wooden chair. No table. No tissues. Bath towels the size of hand towels. The shower was beautiful, but the water was almost cold. There was a rail to hang your clothes but no hangers lol. If nothing else we had a good laugh about it! The ceilings were very low and angled so my 6’4” husband had a hard time standing without smacking his head. Definitely will not revisit.

We did not eat breakfast, we explored area instead looking for specialty coffee. Would have liked to have easier access to the lake. Everything was friendly and professional, and we felt welcome.

I checked in and two seconds later checked out. It was not clean. The smell was enough to make me run out of there. I couldn’t imagine spending a night in there let alone 10 minutes. I usually don’t leave reviews and I do feel bad cause this is a pretty bad one, but I don’t want anyone else to make this mistake. I was five hours from home with nowhere to stay and panicking. I just could not stay there.

they need to take better care of their building. It was so not sanitary in there, especially where the food was. The coffee. The bedroom had stuff on the walls it just it was very very unsanitary.
