My original room door couldn’t open so I was ours in another room without a view and wasn’t compensated for the change.

24 h desk was available, we came late night and we got the room, the team was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was great, the hotel beautiful, clean.

we needed to go over and over to the reception because things didn’t work . First they gave us a room that in front of him was a construction works but after they gave us great room. It wasn’t necessary all this

Location is super. Friendly staff, especially mr. SO'N CA. Last night he made us a fire at the fireplace, prepared nice cocktails and all with a friendly smile!! Compliment to him

Das Hotel ist schön gelegen mit Blick auf die Berge, allerdings konnten wir aufgrund des Nebels nichts sehen, aber das geht natürlich nicht zu Lasten des Hotels.

Der Balkon ist in Wirklichkeit sehr klein, so dass man sich dort eigentlich nicht gemütlich aufhalten kann und auf Sitzsichthöhe das Geländer hat.

We booked a larger room because my husband had online meetings. The bed was especially comfortable! Great location where we would have had spectacular views of the mountains had the weather cooperated!
