The location, as usual the staff were awesome and anything I needed fixing they were on to it immediately. Breakfast was great, room service was prompt and hot.

The TVs need updating to smart TVs… the remote was difficult to navigate, out of 30-40 channels about 6 were in English and there’s no way to turn the Indonesian subtitles off. With a resort this large which was fully booked, they would definitely benefit from a TV upgrade! Some of the rooms need a bit of maintenance and renovation, with a lounge or chairs inside to sit on … sunbeds were vinyl which caused them to slide down and get quite hot.

Shower in bath, water pressure in shower very low. Photo’s in booking. com deceiving. Rooms are updated and would be nice to have a mirror view from head to toe. Not enough shading around pool only four chairs or so bad that had umbrellas. The rest are full exposed to sun. We didn’t get to enjoy the pool as there wasn’t much sun beds with shades. People seems to book them very early in the morning before they have breakfast.

On the beach, clean and staff very helpful

No pork bacon for breakfast. Do like Jayakarta and have a separate station just for bacon
