I enjoyed my stay and staff were nice. Location perfect.

Points not happy about were, no hot water and barely even warm with absolutely no pressure. Just dribbled out. Also I was told it was a 24 hour reception and requested an early pick up of my luggage. No one turned up and I had to struggle to take it from the 2nd floor down the steps. They were asleep and security had to wake them up.

Clean rooms, good room service, food good, pool clean.

The location was excellent and made it easy to get around and enjoy everything the area had to offer. The staff were all friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the large pool area, which was great for relaxing, although some parts could benefit from a little updating.

While the hotel was enjoyable overall, some areas could benefit from a refresh. A few fixtures and furnishings were looking a little worn, and housekeeping could pay a bit more attention to detail in certain areas. With some minor updates and improved maintenance, the experience would be even better.

The location is excellent, and the large room was clean however were looking a little tired. Friendly staff. Breakfast was adequate. Our flight was late at night, and we were given access to a room to have a shower & get changed. We will be back to stay.

The staff in the restaurant at breakfast time could be a little more attentive although friendly some service could be approved, we still had a good time.

Location was excellent. Staff friendly and room really spacious and clean. Surrounding gardes and public areas spotlessly clean and tidy.

Nice hotel, friendly helpful staff. The pool was nice, plenty of beds and loved the swim up bar. Location was great, right on the beach, walking distance to lots of shops, bars and restaurants. It was my birthday while there and they put a cake in my room the night before with a not, lovely little touch.

Breakfast was just ok, the food other than the egg station wasn't very hot and lots of birds flying around and trying to eat the food. The room was big but had an awful smell of damp as soon as you opened the door.
