Have stayed at Puri Saron many times, location is fantastic, staff extremely helpful, upgraded my room wasn't a problem at all, love the pool bar vibes and food very tasty.

The location

Breakfast was ordinary and pool was out in the open with no shade

Tv sound was shocking - muffled No block out curtain - too much morning light entering room Toilet area bad sewerage smell Rundown pool surrounds / grounds No chairs to relax in room, although there was plenty of space No Pool umbrellas - most were broken

Comfortable resort in great location

Not my type of music around the pool. Would like to have heard more traditional music

Great position in Seminyak.

Everything you need in the hotel. Rooms were very spacious and clean. Great location Staff were amazing and very accommodating.

Our toilet leaked. Room service should be open longer.

Location & value for money.

Update pool chairs as the cushions slide. Need more umbrellas, not a big expense but very worthwhile for guest comfort as noted by other guests comments also. Breakfast food kept warm was actually coool therefore sceptical as to safe to eat.
