Eastend Munnar

The room was very nice, comfortable bed, nice balcony, perfect shower with hot water and good water pressure. Everything was clean. Perfect room. The staff was nice and polite The food also good 👍

Some eras of the hotel are old and looking not good. And the walls are not isolated enough so we could hear the other room when they speak loud

The property has 2 buildings. We go an old property but it was refurbished & the room was clean and nice and breakfast was served daily so wasn't an issue. Location wasn't an issue since it was near to the local market & you could conveniently get taxis/autos. The property has its own big garden so it was pleasant.

Our room was facing the local market, so you could hear lot of traffic sound & local market traders shouting. There was power cuts at times, but was resumed immediately.

Chambre propre, très spacieuse avec vue sur la ville de Munnar. Lit confortable, eau chaude parfaite, reception serviable, peut-être un peu cher, mais nous y etions début janvier.

The location is good and the rooms are large.

The property is a mobile phone black spot and the WiFi doesn’t work. They have a system that doesn’t allow you to connect and they blame your phone/ laptop. I had 2 days unable to communicate for tours or book anything. As a solo traveller this is really problematic and I spent ages walking round the town trying to find WiFi. I had a massage and the room and table was so freezing it was deeply unpleasant. Many other sub standard service related things.

The Location was really Nice with accessibility to Market and all sight seeing locations nearby.

The reception staff should be more responsive and should recommend or suggest places to visit and help provide genuine information around places and taxi services.
