"it was a nightmare, worst place I have ever stayed. I have photos for proof if needed"

The breakfast was good that is the only good point.

Rooms where so bad, it was stinking, mould in the bed room, Toilet flush not working. Cannot close the window so it was raining and too cold, my parents who were above 80 find it difficult to sleep even with the blanket.
