When I checked out around 3:30 a.m., the receipt listed the final night’s stay as “Balance.” The staff told me that if I needed a final receipt, I should leave a note with my room number, name, and email address, and the manager would email it to me as soon as he/she arrived at work. I and my colleague left a note with that information. Four days passed without an email, so I sent the message below, but I haven’t received a reply. I’ve given up now. ===================================== Dear Comfort Inn Downtown, I hope this message finds you well. My name is **********, and together with my colleague ***********, we stayed at your hotel from ********* until the early morning of *********. At check-out around 3:30, I received a receipt from your staff (please see the attached file), which included the note “Balance Due (********).” When we requested him a final receipt, we were informed that our request would be relayed to his manager, and that the final receipt would be sent to us via email. So, we provided our room numbers and email addresses as follows: Room *** ****@******* (for *********) Room *** ****@******* (for ********) However, as of now, we have not yet received the final receipts. This stuff is OK at Me. Next step. The guy they checked in. I gave him my driver license instead of handed back to me. He throw it back to the table which is that’s a very disrespectful things to do with the Customer and the shower. Bathtub water when you take a shower water filled up because the sewer don’t drain.

I mean, the poverty is OK it’s decent. Nothing spectacular about it.

They let our dog out when we left for a couple of hours. Do not disturb sign was on our door and we also told the front desk. They almost lost her. Not a friendly staff. Breakfast was horrible
