Change of daily breakfast meals.

When we arrived in our room, my daughter found a big bug in the bathroom. When we pulled out the hide a bed there was food all over the mattress.

Quite anf comfortable space. Complimentary breakfast was great. Staff was friendly. Small thing but great, the vending machine water for sale was a $1. Thank you

The air conditioner unit was so loud in my room it was hard to sleep with it on

The location is good and close to the train if you are not renting a car.

The property is severely outdated and needs basic maintenance. It doesn’t feel like a 3 star property but rather a motel. In addition to general disrepair and the loud AC unit that sounds like an airplane hangar, we found a roach in our room, after which we checked out to go to another hotel. The staff was extremely rude as well. A woman named Natalie Thompson, who worked the front desk, was aggressive and snappy after I asked about the $100 hold deposit. Overall, awful experience.

It was clean. The breakfast was great! Customer service was excellent.

The air conditioner wasn't working in our room the first night. And it wasn't working at all in the breakfast area.

I liked the bed it was comfortabl and the shower water was hot

The tv kept updating like clockwork, little pricy but that's what I get for last minute I guess.
