Quarto amplo e confortável. Camas boas, chuveiro bom. Sacada top! Bonita vista pro mar, quase de frente… peguei aquele quarto de lado, mas era praticamente front-view

Valet rápido, porém entrada de carros estranha. 45 dólares o pernoite. Sair a pé é muito ruim, muita escada. Nada prático.

I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel and would strongly advise others to be cautious. When booking online, I clearly specified that we were 7 people (2 adults and 5 children). The system allowed me to reserve a two-bedroom apartment, indicating that it could accommodate our group. A few days before our stay, I visited the hotel in person to check things out, and right away I found the staff to be quite rude and unwelcoming. While that alone was concerning, I was still willing to proceed with the booking. However, the situation became much worse when I was told that the apartment could not accommodate 7 people, despite what was clearly stated in my booking confirmation. Instead of honoring the reservation or taking responsibility for the error, the staff insisted that I would need to book an additional room at full cost. They dismissed the confirmation as a “mistake” and were not willing to offer any reasonable solution. In the end, I had no choice but to find alternative accommodation, which was extremely inconvenient and stressful. It feels very misleading that they advertise these apartments as suitable for larger groups when they are not willing to honor those bookings upon arrival. To make matters worse, I am still waiting for a refund for this booking, which was supposed to take place three months ago. Overall, I would not recommend staying here. The lack of transparency, poor customer service, and unresolved refund issue make this a place I would avoid in the future.

The hotel was beautiful! Upon arrival I was greeted by valet and welcomed to the property. The concierge was very friendly, helpful and efficient. I appreciated the complimentary room upgrade. The suite was bigger than expected, super clean and well kept, and the view was GORGEOUS. We were literally right on the beach, perfect location to get to everything we had planned for the trip (Miami Open). Both mornings we went down to the beach early with our included amenities of the beach chairs, towels, & umbrellas. The service on the beach was amazing, everyone was so nice & accommodating! Valet was very quick with the car whenever we needed to leave & when returning. The only slight negative was how thin the walls were. We could hear literally everything in the room next to & above us. Luckily they weren’t necessarily loud, but just for privacy & sleeping reasons I wish the walls were a little more sound proof. Overall though, I would stay here every time I come to Miami.

The Sole Miami is an average hotel, at best, that happens to face a beach. The rooms are clean, above else, but that’s where the positives end. The furniture, decor, plumbing, appliances, and trim need some TLC and updating. The food at Baleen is also average. The staff is average (except for their housekeeping crew).

I really wanted to enjoy my stay here more than I did, but it was a losing battle from the jump. We had a late check-in due to our flight and the greeting from the front desk agent was lackluster. The room was… interesting. Mystery spots on the floor, a light that’s hung like it should be controlled by a switch on the wall, but actually was just plugged in to the outlet in the corner, a“balcony” that’s really more of the suggestion of a balcony, and the thinnest walls for a connected room I’ve ever experienced. We’ve stayed in hotels with connected rooms before, but it really and truly felt like there were strangers in the room with us any time our neighbors were in their room. You could hear everything they said without even trying. We took advantage of the beach chairs our first day there, but had to wait over 20 minutes to get two canned Coronas brought to us. We asked for wine glasses to be brought to our room to enjoy some wine we had purchased, but were told they don’t provide glasses unless you buy the bottle of wine directly from their bar. The little sundries shop in the lobby is laughable and looks so incredibly sad. We tried to go to the hotel restaurant happy hour… seated right away at the bar but they only had one bartender running drinks for what looked like the whole restaurant, didn’t even get greeted by them to the point where we left. The gym was decent but small, and while the sauna and steam room were functioning they’ve clearly seen better days and the steam room needs a deep cleaning to remove the musky smell that’s lingering in there. The sauna entrance is a hazard. Floor boards unsecured and loose. If you’re lucky enough to not get rained out of the beach and that’s all you’re there for, you might find it more enjoyable than we did, but we would not opt to stay here again in the future.

Solé Miami is a great place and spend your vacation. The area is quiet and hotel is nice, clean and steps from the beach.

The view from our balcony was breathtaking. The hotel was lovely. Clean. Good food. Good service. Two second walk to the beach.
