Sole Miami, A Noble House Resort

Solé Miami is a great place and spend your vacation. The area is quiet and hotel is nice, clean and steps from the beach.

The view from our balcony was breathtaking. The hotel was lovely. Clean. Good food. Good service. Two second walk to the beach.

The room was very small, not enough space to put in a suitcase

I did not enjoy my stay at Solé Miami. They were not able to accommodate my birthday wishes for a high floor room and also were a lot of defects with the room we did get. Overall it just was not a good stay

My stay at Sole Miami, A Noble House Resort was fantastic from start to finish. This hotel offers the perfect beachfront escape and I loved every part of the experience. The Beach: One of the best parts of the hotel is the direct access to a beautiful and relaxing beach. The private beach setup makes everything easy—comfortable chairs, umbrellas, and attentive staff who are always ready to help. The water is gorgeous and the beach area feels peaceful and much less crowded than other parts of Miami. The Room & Comfort: The suite was amazing—very clean, spacious, and extremely comfortable. Housekeeping was quick and did a great job keeping everything spotless. One of my favorite parts of the room was the balcony, which had absolutely unreal views of the ocean. It was the perfect place to relax in the morning or watch the sunset. The shower pressure was excellent, which made a big difference after a long day at the beach. I also loved having a full kitchen and refrigerator in the suite. It made the stay feel much more convenient and comfortable, especially for longer stays. Hospitality & Staff: The hospitality here was excellent. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. From the front desk to the beach team, everyone helped make the stay even better. Food & Drinks: Dining at BALEENkitchen was another highlight. Great food, great service, and the oceanfront setting makes the experience even more enjoyable. Happy hour every day from 5-7, cocktails were great and the ahi tuna tacos were even better. Great chicken wings also! Valet Service: Valet service was smooth and efficient every time. The team was professional, quick, and very friendly. Location: The location in Sunny Isles Beach is fantastic. Morning walks along Collins Avenue were one of my favorite parts of the stay—beautiful ocean views and a relaxing way to start the day. There are also amazing restaurants nearby, and the hotel is conveniently close to shopping at Aventura Mall and other local shops. I had seen a few comments about the elevators before arriving, but honestly that’s pretty common in high-rise beachfront buildings in Sunny Isles Beach since the area is very popular and busy. Patience, people! Overall Experience: Between the beach, the spacious suites, the incredible balcony views, and the great service, this hotel is a fantastic place to stay. It’s relaxing, comfortable, and in a perfect location. We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely come back.

It only takes one or two unpleasant interactions with employees to turn an otherwise mostly positive experience into one that leaves a negative feeling, which is what we were left with. Staff seemed unfriendly and disinterested. Imagine as if you walked into their living room uninvited and put our feet up on their table. Like that. Additionally, be prepared to add $100/night to the cost of the room due to a hidden $45 tax and $45 mandatory valet cost which isn’t clearly disclosed when reserving rooms. Finally, at least 2 and at one point all 3 of the elevators weren’t working during our stay. In a hotel with 20+ floors that’s a lot of time walking up and down concrete stairs in a dingy service stairwell. There are so many better options. My advice: go somewhere else.

When I reserved the room it just say that it included a coffee machine, but it included a full kitchen with refrigerator that was really useful to have some self made room breakfasts

The only issue (if that counts as an issue) was that for most of my stay days, one of the three elevators didn't work and for a full hotel at some points waiting for it and seeing it stop full was frustrating.

Great location on the beach. If you are open to public transit or Uber, getting around is easy. With the convenient location and the restaurant on site, next trip we may not leave the hotel.
