SUNRISE Holidays Resort - Adults Only - All inclusive

Outstanding in all aspects,clean rooms,wounderful tasty food,calm resort&well maintaining...very recommended

We arrived late around 1.30am and the night manager completely disregarded me as a woman and spoke to my husband only I informed him that our flight was delayed and can I show him my islamic marriage certificate as I had not changed my surname yet he dismissed it and gave us two single beds which was not what I booked - I booked a queens bed superior room. Furthermore the sheets were dirty and my husband had rashes on his body next day. The shower area was floodedand the shampoo used I believe this room wasnt cleaned at all. The mugs were dirty and there was no iron. The next day we spoke to Mohammed the day manager who was very polite and acknowledged me also. He apologised for the 'misunderstanding said he will investigate' and gave us the queens bed which I had ordered. In the middle of the night the water went and my husband had dirorreha he wasnt happy! after 3 hours the water came back no explanation but again they apologised. The service at this hotel is on point they all are friendly and try their very best to accommodate you, there is no bank but an atm to be used at reception it is best to tip in egyptian pound. Some staff have a serious language barrier there should be more english speaking staff available. Sun Loby Bar has the best hot chocolate and is open 24hrs. The net is very slow here, I think best place was lobby Tour guy selling dolphin world boat trips is a good guy friendly and his english is good Bring your own chilli sauce, very nice mojitos here

Every thing is perfect accomodation,rooms, recreation,services,beach,pools,restaurants, animations and most of all very cooperative management and staff

Decent hotel overall. Second time I've stayed here. I remember the food as being somewhat better previously. Main problem was booming dance music being played constantly by the pool. This wasn't the case before & I don't know who they think they're pleasing by blasting out a thumping beat while people are trying to relax.

This is the 5th time i stay there . I love adult only concept .

Didn’t get there holiday cancelled because of Covid 19

The food was great and the stuff are friendly, and the hotel is very clean, I would definitely recommend it to anyone who's willimg to visit hurghada
