All is perfect it an awesome hotel i always enjoy staying also very cooperative staff snd and managers

The staff was mostly friendly. There were some on reception who were not. Our room had a really loose toilet seat. It was being fixed as we walked in, but did not really stay fixed. There was also an intermittent septic smell in the bathroom. It pervaded the whole room at times. It was attended to by several people at various times, but not fixed. They finally said they would move us, but it was the day before we were to leave, so, not really helpful. Generally, the staff was friendly and helpful. There were nice amenities. Check in was nice, with a cold towel, drink and lots of paperwork.

Great stay! Staff were so friendly! Food was excellent as well! Room was a little small and the property is a little out dated but you will forget about all that quickly because of all the other great qualities this place offers! Definitely a great value and would recommend.

The quality of the food was excellent. The beach is pretty nice. There is a main frontal area where it is not open sea. Whole place is very peaceful and quiet. The wifi.connection is superb everywhere in the lobby, in room, restaurants and also at the beach, The sea view from the room was for million dollars. The rooms in general need to be renovated. Room conditions cant overshadow wholle experience. Excellent stay.

Hello, if you're looking for a low-effort place to stay in Hurghada, this could be it. I'm not the all-inclusive type (booked it by accident) but it was very busy with the elderly german and ukranian crowds. Staff all seemed nice and attentive.

After a very speedy check in I was immediately whisked off to a welcoming buffet spread of lunch. All meals were included, buffet style, with an extravagant selection of foods, salad, fruits, desserts, drinks and with attendants constantly tidying and replenishing your needs. I traveled alone, just wanted to enjoy the beach which was the most beautiful experience that there was no need to leave the hotel. I had a booking to Giftun island which was my only outing. My room was equipped with a mini fridge with water and soda and a kettle with a coffee and tea. My king-size bed was very clean and comfortable and was made up daily. My room had an amazing balcony overlooking the beach and I spent quite some time enjoying the ambiance. I’m studying Arabic, so I was happy to with my desk/dining facility. Lovely bathroom with 4 towels and I was able to use one as my prayer mat. Beach towels and chairs were provided. I enjoyed the pizza at the beach restaurant. All the workers were always friendly and immediately at your service. I enjoyed the serenity and peacefulness with a brief daily entertainment. The hotel is immaculate, spacious, with wheelchair friendly corridors and beautiful artwork adorned the walls. A life guard is on duty with helpful beach attendants. This was a truly pampered holiday.
