SUNRISE Holidays Resort - Adults Only - All inclusive

This is a beautiful resort! The beach is beautiful and there are plenty of chairs. I only tried the buffet and beach restaurants, but both were really good for all inclusive.

Everything about this hotel was awesome. The staff were very friendly & helpful. The food was excellent. The pool area was beautiful. The beach was crystal clear and stunning.

Amazing place. room was clean and spacious with amxing view of the sea and island. Food was really good with lot of variety. The hotel in general was very luxurious and its location is great where you can walk to town. We hired a glass bottom boat from aqua center at the hotel,was reasnable and great.

The staff from check in to check out were rude. Couldn’t access the safe in my room because the doors blocked it. Had to call down twice to get the front seat to send someone up. Took 4 guys standing around in my room shouting at each other before I cracked and just took the doors off and kicked them out. Shower was scalding hot and couldn’t be turned down. Wasn’t worth calling the front desk. Too rude. On check out was forced give them a review of my stay. Gave them an average. Instantly accosted for it. Why?! Page pulled back off me. Manager called. Harassed about my towel card and told to go back to my room and get it. Walked out.

Enjoyed our stay at Sunrise Holidays Resort. The staff were very friendly and always asked if we were enjoying our stay. The food was delicious and a lot of choice. The restaurants as well as the Buffet all offered a very good choice and restaurant staff were very attentive. The rooms were clean and we were pleased with the beach staff who tried to make us as comfortable as possible. The only negative on the beach is not directed to the hotel staff, but the guests who hoarded the wind breakers, just would be nice for people to be considerate and fair.

I loved this hotel, here is why. First of all it's very close to down town, close to restaurants, bars, clubs..etc 10 minutes or less drive anywhere, and you can walk to a bunch of places. I know most tourists will not go out of the resort, but if you're adventurous, trust me you will love it if you try some of the local restaurants or go out at night for night life. Secondly, the hotel is super clean, rooms are spacious and especially the superior rooms are beach front with a nice view of the beach. Food is great, the selection is not a lot but everything was tasty. Room service is great and very fast. Lastly but not least, the animation team were very nice and energetic. I loved playing volleyball and going to Zumba classes. Overall it was an excellent experience, I will definitely come back.

The service was nice but this aging hotel needed some upgrading and repair. It was annoying that the room did not seal outside noise at all so the entertainment noise that came filtering down from above made it difficult to sleep.

Pool closed for renovation I should have been notified!!!!! Noisy construction on site!!! Now I would like to change hotels but I cannot receive any compensation!!!!!

Much better Hotel than I had hoped for. The staff ran a fun experience and I was able to relax, enjoy and explore. Honestly, I felt like a kid again with the Sea so close to the sunning area, the staff making everything comfortable. I'd like to go back to this place again...which says a lot. The air travel and the distance travelled was a small price to pay for such a wonderful hotel. "The American"...enjoyed this very much.
