The Sand and Sea Condos by TO

Great condo close to the coast with plenty of room for our family. The beds were good, the condo was clean and we loved walking out to the shops and coast.

Water was leaking out of top of the bathroom faucet handles. Wasn’t a major issue and we let the property know. There is construction right now but it didn’t bother us.

Great location. Good price. Had everything we needed for 4 adults.

The lighting was sparce so the bedroom was always dark. Nobody mentioned there was construction going on in the building which was a little noisy during the day. The elevator was exceptionally slow and there was no access to stairs because of the construction.

Location was great and the room fit our family perfectly.

The unit we rented was very nice, with a great full view of the ocean. Though the weather varied through our stay, we enjoyed the outdoor deck when it was warm, and just enjoyed the view from inside when it was raining.

We were told there was construction only after we had made the commitment to rent. The building was torn apart, but luckily our wing wasn't being worked on. We arrived on a Thursday and there were construction workers everywhere. Friday was much quieter, and there were no workers on Saturday or Sunday so it was quieter.
