Great location

The room was clean. Friendly people. The outside needs attention. We stayed eclipse weekend and the price was 5 times normal!

When we arrived the check in process it self was normal. We went to the room, the first thing we noticed is the parking lot was rough, The hotels access is open to the outside, so we climbed the exterior stairs and the door of the room had a shady lock. Its the new modern touchless design but there is a gapping hole at the bottom of the mounting plate. The door didnt seem sealed well, we questioned if it was even locked. Once we entered the room there was a slight smell of urine, the bathroom faucet was loose on the sink, afraid we would break it off and cause a leak. The Bathroom didnt have toilet paper in it, we had to go back down to the front desk to get some. The air conditioner/heater was loud and the control panel was unreadable so not sure what half the buttons did but we got it working. The light switches at the door didnt do anything. We were tired and put up with it, the bed was the main thing we wanted. It was clean but the pillows were flat and pointless. We had paid for two nights, our business in town was completed early and we should have grabbed our bags and checked out in the morning but didnt, so we paid for both nights but only used the first. We headed home and decided to sleep in our own bed tonight then spend another minute in that room.

I heard of the bad reviews but had no choice, needed a room. I commend them for making my stay comfortable. I can tell they are trying to clean up the area with painting inside the rooms. They need to add a fresh paint to the outside of the motel. The plumbing inside thr rooms need to be fastened down and would like to see the shower heads replaced. I did feel safe but would like the door entrance to fit in the doorway better. Good for a overnight stay.

Staff was friendly up on checkin but that didn’t last long. Tub wouldn’t drain. Big gap under door. About the time I was heading to bed found bed bugs crawling around the room that I hadn’t noticed earlier. Ended up booking another place to stay. Nobody was available at desk to talk to about issue. Tried to get refund for the 2 night booking where the hotel denied the refund request and didn’t even get to sleep in the room. Very unprofessional and highly disappointed in this establishment wouldn’t recommend anyone stepping foot in this place. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere.

Our room was dirty and run down! Our ceiling was leaking and when we told the front desk he just said he would check the room above us. We also woke up to a roach right above us on the ceiling.. immediately we packed up and left! Do not stay there!!!

I arrived very late and they nicely left the key out for me. However I did not think the room was very nice…the tap at the sink only spewed hot water. But I was only in the room for 5 hours.

Place had roaches I could not stay there and will be requesting a refund

It was horrible and dirty. Had to have my room changed due to how gross the first room was.
