Cedar Lodge

Manager was not very pleasant. I wasn’t expecting much but room was not very clean. We found belonging from a previous tenant under the bed and the phone had an inch of dust and grime on it. While I wasn’t going to use the phone at all, this just showed me their cleaning techniques. I wasn’t worried about staying in a hotel during a pandemic but this gave me cause for concern. Also, a resident family member, not a guest, would smoke outside our room and the the window unit pumped it right into our room. It was several times and horrible. They also had stacks and stacks of someone’s belongs just stacked under the stair case. I’m not sure what that was all about but it looked so trashy! I wouldn’t recommend unless you were really desperate like we were.

Very old, never updated, room smelled, door does not close, toilet does not flush. The amount of money spent you might think they would do something about all this. I booked very late for my trip and this was the only place available.

Unprofessional owners. They did not act accordingly.

Vagabond Inn is definitely a place to only stay for 1 or 2 nights. The hair dryer did not work, the TV only had 1 channel. It was not the cleanest of places. The bed was comfortable and it had excellent ice.

It was a last-minute stay. It was clean and fine for a night.

Room was on-par for a $45/night stay. However, when I went to the office to request another sheet, the owner lady asked why I wanted it and then proceeded to tell me that I didn’t need it. A sheet! If I want a sheet to use as a pillow, that should be my prerogative. This was my third stay. The first time was nice; the second and third were marked by poor service. There won’t be a fourth time.

They have walffles for breakfest. The rooms are a little small and door jam looks like its been broken.

I thought the hotel room was very dirty! Hair in bathroom. Sink wasn’t clean. Ice bucket had some really gross sticky stuff in it. A big bug crawled across my arm in the early morning. The room needs some serious deep cleaning!

Very nice place to stay. It was quiet. Easy to get to the room.

The room door doesn’t seal closed, the toilet rocked, the tub faucet leaked constantly, it smelled strongly of the spray that is supposed to cover up cigarettes. The next door guest was thrown out for smoking marijuana while I was sitting at the desk. There is a bus that parks out front so you can’t see when pulling out causing the front bumper to scrape terribly since you can’t leave at an angle.
