The people and service were excellent, but the property was a crap hole.

Do not stay their they are scammers I did not stay due to it being so dirty they would not give me a refund

It was a really bad stay, the sheets were stained and worn out, the towels were stained and torn. The carpet was stained and worn. The bathtub was stained, and I did not want to even take a shower in it.

I had a late check and tried to contact the property MANY times on the phone number from the property website. It went directly to “please dial first 3 digits…” I was not allowed to leave a message. When I got there I rang the bell as instructed on the locked door for over 30 minutes. I had to call Expedia and have them contact the property, wake them up to check me in. He said he was a “deep sleeper” The room was filthy. The smell of marijuana readily waifed through the property. Hotel furniture and garbage was strewn throughout the outdoors. My door wouldn’t lock so I had to sleep on a ground floor room with a chair jammed against the knob. My room key sleeve has DIRTY and had 4 room numbers scribbled out and mine was then added. The bed spread, walls and carpets were stained and dirty. The frame to the door was busted out. I cannot believe I spent nearly $100 for this room.

In between the door jam and the door is a gap. It causes the door to not shut all the way and is like sleeping outdoors woth the noise. It is also causing an unsafe situation. Multiple rooms have bed bugs. There is trash left outside along with soda bottles filled with brown liquid and cigarette butts. They will not issue a refund. It is a scam for money. Do not book a stay here.

Given key for wrong room. It was occupied. They guy who “lives” in that hotel room was angry (justifiably so) and cussed me out. Asked for a refund. The manager said no because I booked a through Expedia and only Expedia could authorize a refund. Contacted Expedia and they tried to call the hotel while I was In the lobby. Meanwhile the manager instructed his lobby staff not to answer the phone. I was told by Expedia they weren’t able to reach the manager (big surprise) and only he could authorize the refund.

I stayed for 2 nights and it was okay.

Beds were comfortable but the overall condition of the room/motel was very poor. It looked like the door had been kicked in several times and had large gaps but did lock. The tv had lines across it, there was only 1 light fixture in the main room. The fridge had leftover food in it. The A/C dials were broken so you had to guess to get it on the setting you wanted and did end up blowing a little cool air but never got cold. There are weekly residents staying here and are frequently standing in the parking lot smoking.

The outlets by the bathroom sink did not work. The fan in the bathroom did not work. Only 1 of the 3 lightbulbs in the bathroom worked. The sheets were stained. There were lines across the tv like it was going out. There was ample dust on the walls by the bed. There was no wifi. Not a comfortable place to relax after a long day. Was way over priced for the quality of room.

Not a good price for a room like this. Had crumbs in corners. Liens had stains. Shower drain is clogged. And most important the fridge wasn't working.
