Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Jeffersonville IN

Hotel had a sewer smell. Check in was by 3 pm and we arrived at noon and was told to check back after 3 and our rooms should be ready. Very inconvenient to not be able to check in till after 3 and have to get ready and leave by 4.

When we arrived around 10pm no one was in the lobby or anywhere to be seen. About fifteen minutes later the evening clerk wanders in and appears shocked to have any guests. There was confusion about our payment method (through Expedia) but finally we got to a room. Missing in the room were the wall mounted hair dryer, iron, and bedside clock...perhaps more...but we noticed and reported those three items. The blankets on both beds had holes in them...clearly worn out! Perhaps we should just say...this location is worn out! Oh...and don't count on getting full on the breakfast!

First room they gave us was still dirty. Second room was alright but not great. It work for a quick over night stay.

Good location but dirty hotel. The hallways were not vacuumed. The ice machine didn't work on the third floor and the microwave didn't work in the room. Mold all over the shower curtain too.

It was dirty and the staff was incompetent. Everything was stained and gross. We found more than one item left by previous guests, so it was obviously not cleaned well. Yes, morning breakfast was there, but that area was dirty as well. We were too uncomfortable to eat there. Would NEVER stay there or recommend it to anyone.

We were guaranteed the lowest price, but upon asking the desk clerk what the lowest price was, it was considerably lower than what we paid. hmmm what does guaranteed lowest price mean to you?

This was my worst hotel experience ever! The place smelled like dirty feet as soon as you walked into the lobby and it just got worse from there. The room had 3 lamps that did not fully light up the room at night, did not have complementary shampoo or soap, and had carpeting that looked like it was from 1970. The bedding was very cheap, the coffee pot took 10 minutes to make two cups of coffee, and the toilet paper felt like construction paper. It was a horrible experience and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.

This place was horrible! The tv didn't work and the bedding was very dingy looking. We actually ended up sleeping on top of the sheets. There was not small fridge like everyone else's rooms and the entire place smelled very bad. Like dirty socks.

Enjoyed three nights. Rooms were spacious and clean. Very close to Louisville.

The hotel was decorated nicely but the room was not clean & the the whole place had a weird odor, the bathroom vent was very dusty, the carpet wasn't vacuumed all the way, you could see the dust lines in the corners & wall creases, a/c was very loud. The blanket & comforter had holes in them. The fridge/freezer was dirty. Hair in the shower, mold in shower cracks. Weird discoloration on the wall (splatter) The sheets & pillows were clean & comfortable. I don't think I'll be returning :(
