"clean, comfy, but needs better lighting in bathroo"

Very comfortable bed! , my blanket was stained and I did request another. Hotel service very good. Only real complaint is light in bath (for a women doing makeup) is very poor. Please update bath lights.

"would not stay here again"

The hotel is older and in need of much repair. My door to my room had to be shoved just to get in..... tub did not drain the first day they did fix it for the next morning.

"Perfect for what was needed"

We were in town for a concert and this hotel was perfect for what was needed. The provided us cab information to get us to YUM and were very helpful when a first aid kit was needed. Also, my friend left her Kindle Fire in the room and when she called the next day to see if it was there, the manager had it and shipped it back to her right away. Very honest!

"Worst places we have ever stayed"

Staff was OK.... but hotel had only 9 bookings and we were the first, the room was a makeover and looked like it was never finished, bkfst was a joke.... room was semi-clean... bathroom sink stopper did not work... shower curtain looked like mold on it..... I would stay clear of this place.....

What a great place to stay. Clean, quiet, very accommodating. Great restaurants close by right on the river. Check out Market Street. Just minutes from Downtown Louisville

"Not sure if I will return"

Stayed at this hotel on Saturday evening. Hotel appears to be locally owned. The staff was very helpful with directions. BUT....window curtains were torn and decor is old. Had to get the manager to help me with the door lock on my room. That Saturday evening through Sunday there was no one sitting a the front desk, just a buzzer to push if you wanted them. I guess they were in another room.This may be okay....but it gave the place a creepy feeling of being deserted as the hotel is quite large. Breakfast was almost a waste; cold cereal and bread and a few muffins to warm up. Also hotel is kinda off the street, you have to take a mini road to get there.The place cheeped me out!
