had breakfast it is a toast bar not a breakfast they used to have waffles but not any more...not worth the extra money

When I arrived in my room I found a very plain room which was just ok because the price was low. What was not ok was the broken, dangling electrical outlet plate by the bed; the phone number written in black sharpie on the beige wall, or the large food crumbs on the carpet under the electrical outlet. Booked two nights through Expedia and the hotel would not allow me to leave a day early without payment for both days. They offered a different room for the next night which I declined since by then I was not optimistic that I would find better. To their credit the next day they took care of the issues but by then I was looking forward to returning home. I will not be back.

Very convenient location, right off the highway plus close to various restaurants and stores. Staff seemed scarce, but room was clean and everything worked!!

Great value.!..just cross bridge from Louisville, right at exit ramp but protected from interstate noise...10 min from the event. $50 vs $120+ Only down side was light smokey room smell... But clean.

The room for handicap accessibility was very well laid out with lots of room to get around with a scooter. The only drawback that I saw was that it did not have a roll in shower. It had a shallow tub instead. Breakfast was adequate, but not a lot of variety. However, we would stay there again.

My stay in Jeffersonville was quite pleasant. The hotel's front desk personnel was very friendly and helpful. The Hertz' GPS couldn't find the hotel address (from Louisville airport), So I called the hotel to ask for help. The Lady at the front desk was very patient and knowledgeble to give me the detailed direction. I would definitely stay here again.

Desk service was very good. Rooms need better cleaning, but when we told the desk they immediately moved us to a cleaner room without any hesitation. There was no remote for the television but staff provided one immediately. Dining area was clean and stocked every morning. Overall if the place was more strict about cleaning the rooms it would be great. Refrigerator needed defrosted.

Super nice staff. Had problem with door to room latching when I left, could lock when in room. Did not leave my belongings unsecured. Room very clean and bed comfortable.

Room was $77 reserved in March .3rd floor Room.parked far away from room. Not enough coffee. Door didn't close all the way. Key barely worked. No snack or drink selection in vending room.
