Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Jeffersonville IN

It's a low end hotel for a low end price. Needs updating and new furnishings but won't leave you thinking roach motel. It's a decent stay if you need to save money.

For the price we paid, our experience was ok. It was easy to get to when we were tired.

Looked nice from outside and in lobby. Both bedspreads were soiled - one had a very easy to see suspicious stain. (Site won't allow actual word). Elevator made a loud noice like it needed service. Large nice breakfast room with hardly any food and coffee was always cold. Staff was polite but amenities and upkeep at hotel were lacking.

I stayed there over the weekend and was in town from Ohio. I was getting ready to go to the casino and started ironing my shorts when all of a sudden there was red stains on my shorts. I took them down to have them looked at and was told that the manager could give me a discount on my room but he wasn't there until 10 am. I went to talk to him at 10 am and he wouldn't do anything for me kept saying not there fault. But to the naked eye it looked like there was nothing on the iron. I asked him to walk back to the room with me so I could show him and he proceeded to say no not his fault. I bought a new pair of shorts now and wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Everything about this motel is nice. The breakfast doesn't have much variety but there is plenty of what they have but it is not kind to diabetics.

The hotel was clean but had a musty old smell to it. If I had not purchased on Expedia I would have got a refund.

The carpet was dirty in room, hallway carpet dirty along walls, only 1 pop machine and ice machine on first floor, no movie channels. Cont. Breakfest sucked, coffee cold.

The only issue I had was not with the hotel itself, it was the fact that all of the highways into town were shut down and I had to wait for over 2 hours for them to open up again.

It was about what me and my Girlfriend expected out of this place. Had never been to the area and wanted to go downtown the staff was able to point us in the direction we wanted to go. Room wasnt the best but it was clean enough and like I said it was about what we expected. 11 dollar cab ride to downtown so If you want something relatively cheap and not a bad cab ride to downtown Louisville this wasnt a bad place to stay

We stayed here for one night, as everything close to Louisville was sold out, so we had no other option. If I had to stay here again, I would do so, but only as a last resort. The rooms were nice enough, maybe a little unclean around the edges, but fine overall. The breakfast was also fine, just dry foods though. My main problem was that they only offered breakfast from 6-9. We had gotten in late the night before because of a concert, so it seemed a little early, especially on a weekend. Overall, as I said, the hotel got the job done, but was not spectacular by any means.
