Very loud walls too thin. Kid functions lasted until 10pm Very intense with so many people. Not relaxing.

Everything was amazing! The food was great and the people were amazing. Kudos to the4 Pizza guys making pizza. They were slammed Saturday. They were so calm and polite to each other getting all the orders out! They were really fast! All the waiters out by the pools were so friendly and the food came out quick.

The idea of the place is wonderful. I took my 3 granddaughters, 5, 3, and 1 here on a mini vacation. The good: the children’s pool and slides were wonderful for all 3. We spent a whole day there. There was plenty of seating around all the pools. There were several options for food including 3 eateries, and room service - all priced as expected. The room was comfortable and accessible. Room service and housekeeping staff were pleasant and kind. The staff on checkout were great! The not so good - the two different women I dealt with at check in were flat out rude and have no business being in customer facing jobs. The self parking just sucks. Parking in sections 2 and 3 force you to walk up and down hill - with a family with wagons and strollers this not NOT convenient, not to mention that getting on the sidewalk while crossing the street was a challenge as there was no ramp access - meaning I had to literally lift the wagon with kids in it up onto the sidewalk while headed uphill - fun times. The family pool was constantly dirty. While I understand trees and such, have someone skim the pool. While we had a pleasant time, there is definitely room for improvement especially given the cost.

Amazing hotel! But very pricey. Self-parking is limited and requires a walk. Food service is slow and not that good. Drinks are fine. The bed is comfortable, and the pillows are nice. The shower is relxaing with good water pressure. Avoid weekends. The Lazy river and water park are super. The ground gets hot, so water shoes help. Also, inner tubes are limited as they let people keep their tube as they leave the lazy river!?!?!? Be sure to keep your room card to get out of the parking area without paying.

Comfortable room. Great water/pool options. Many really good food options on site.

Very crowded especially at the pools. I think it was the last weekend before school so there were a ton of kids.

Our family was threatened by another family at this resort. Management did not interview everyone who witnessed the attack on our family and did not review any camera footage. Instead they judged us for what we can assume is because we are a transracial family and decided to just believe the people who threatened us. Our 11 year old son and his friend were completely traumatized as the hotel forced us to drive home 5 hours in the middle of the night with no real explanation other than they just decided to believe the people who threatened us. This hotel allowed people who were very clearly violent towards our child to stay at the resort and forced our family to leave. In addition, our room was dirty, the pool area trash was overflowing, and the food is very overpriced and low quality. Stay far away from here if you value your money and safety.
