La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Woodward

I have stayed here four years ago. The property was well maintained then. This will be the last time I stay here. The room was comfortable and clean that is the only positive I can say about this property. On the Hotels.com site it shows a pool, but nothing is working here. The elevator, pool and breakfast area are closed. We arrived at 9:40 and it was dark in the parking lot. The clerk at the front said the lights were on a timer to come on at 10pm. Nothing was welcoming about this place except that the bed and room were cool and comfortable. It was a quiet stay no loud noises. LaQuinta needs to do some major repairs and updating on this property, plus hire people that can manage it and keep the property up to date.

Parking lot was dark and the place looked abandon. Breakfast was dry cereal, dry bagel or bread. The room has conditioner but no shampoo

Inside the room was nice. Outside awful.

Room never got cleaned or restocked with towels and coffee all 3 days. Had to change my own sheets and request towels. Bathroom light did not work even after reporting to front desk. And tv remote did not work (even though we hardly watch tv I would at least like to be able to turn on the news.) Was never provided coffee downstairs either.

It was run down needed some tlc

This was the worst stay ever! Absolute waste of our money! There was no soap in the room at all and no coffee but there was a keurig. The back wall in the bathroom had severe water damage and hadn’t been repaired properly. It even appeared to have mold! None of the vending machines work, the swimming pool was closed and the breakfast was plain bagels, plain dry white bread and dry cereal! There was no milk, juice or even coffee! I was definitely ripped off! Complete waste of $114!!

Arrive 9 pm no lights in parking lot completely dark. First thought. Place was closed. Elevator was not working. Ect.. breakfast did not start until 7am on week day..

There were no parking lot lights and the exterior doors were broken so safety was non-existent. The elevator was broken. My room was on the 2nd floor, so the best I can say is that it was quiet. The stairwells were dirty. The toilet had a dark ring in the bowl. The best was reasonably comfortable. After staying one night, I moved to another hotel.

Breakfast service was to begin at 6am but by 7am there still was nothing, gym treadmill belts were moldy and pool closed, elevator broken yet stairwells filthy, broken latch on outside door compromised safety, unvacuumed room. LaQuinta would be wise to remove its name from this property.
