La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Woodward

Property was under construction when we arrived in Aug 2023 and didn't not know this. Main hall and downstairs needed cleaning, but the room was clean and comfortable. The A/c unit worked but was disassembled, so not quite ready for guests. It was fine for a quick overnight stay, but double check with hotel before planning to stay long

Stopped there on our way back home,the lady at the front desk explained they were remodeling, we got a room the TV didn't work,one of the electrical outlets in the bathroom didn't work and there was no blind or curtain so the security light shined in our face all night

Arrived at the hotel for an extremely late night check in. After paying and checking in I ask when is breakfast and the receptionist said oh we don't serve breakfast I said what time is the pool open The receptionist replied The pool's not open. So I spent thd I spend extra money for these amenities that you guys have the ability to have but you don't have them available. Not to mention half your parking lot and half of your business is currently under construction and cannot be used. I would be willing to bet that they don't put that information online because nobody will book at that hotel because of that tired I would have got a refund state anywhere but there now the room I did get was very nice

This hotel is under renovation. NO BREAKFAST. No warning about renovation. Hotel is torn apart. Spiders and bugs in the hallway, spiders in the room. No water pressure. Bathroom door not mounted correctly and would not close…and this was in a renovated room! No parking or turn around for bigger rigs (truck and trailer). If we had been told during the call we had to make to get the reservation (website was down), we definitely would have stayed somewhere else. Bed was ok. Not LaQuinta standards.

So much remodeling and dust in the air it should have been closed. The room we were in was evidence the motel needed refurbished.

It freaked me out when I went I. To register and lobby was full of cardboard boxes with furniture in them. Didn’t know if it was open for business

I realize things happen daily but it would of been nice to know that you all were renovating the place. There were boxes and all kind of stuff everywhere. We actually had to use the flashlight on my phone to see down the hallway to get to our room. Our room was clean bed a little bit hard but all in all not to bad. Just would of liked a heads up on the renovation that were taking place.

Nice place. Would definitely stay here again. Walked next door to Buffalo Wild Wings for beer and a snack.

We ended up getting a refund, the place was under renovation and a disaster, we weren’t made aware about it prior to arriving. Our kids started crying they were scared to stay there. We got a refund without too much issue, and moved on down the road with a different hotel.

Property was under renovation no paint, spotty repairs, sheet rock sanding dust all over.. NO Ice On Property , Lobby and breakfast area. Under construction. So no breakfast!! Coffee in the room
