Great Wolf Lodge Illinois

Our room bands did not work to open door upon check-in. went back and was treated royally by Katie. Sofa bed in room was very uncomfortable. sheets were not left in room for sofa bed. Resort was much cleaner than the last time we went there.😊 feel parking fee is not necessary, prices are expensive enough. seems a little over the top.

Rented a two bedroom suite and it was absolutely perfect for 6 people. We love coming here for a one or two day quick trip.

Everything and everyone was great!

Had a great time with family after six flags...next time we will have to stay a couple of nights to check out the area.

The best hotel I have stayed in by far. Worth every single penny the amount of activities they have for the kids included and everything you might need right in the property no need to even go anywhere else. I will definitely book with them again and again. In love with the hotel. Dunkin, restaurant, Ice cream shop, pizza shop, build a bear, rock climbing so much I can keep going. Don’t think about it twice just book.

Loved the waterpark, restaurant options and customer service.

Had an issue with getting my room when i checked in at 4pm. Had to wait 30 mins to get a room. We also woke up to water all over the floor in bathroom. Leaky room upstairs? Let them know. No one came by to check it out while we were there.

Lied about taking my deposit, over $600 and no one can find where it went. Cool.

Loved the property but the reservation agents at front desk need to be trained better my credit card on file at property for incidentals was charged for the whole trip again and for parking and a dinning package that I pre paid in cash upon arrival, just stressful speaking to a few people who really didn’t know what they were suppose to do and a Manet who would not come out of office to address my concerns.
