Amazing place for children!! I have to say it’s expensive but they let you take your own food and drinks! Giselle the manager on duty was very helpful and understanding since we were driving for almost 25 hrs from Texas with 3 kiddos and a baby!

I loved this place as a little weekend getaway with the kiddos. Pros: registration was easy, parking was easy, the wolf ears are adorable, fun free activities for the kids in the lobby, food options in the resort so you don’t have to leave. Cons: 20 dollar parking per night per car. With rates this high that was a little crazy. Cleanliness could be improved. Found a sock in our closet and Tami’s under the bed. Water parks were plenty for us, just wish there was a bit more outside. Found an eyelash and a braid in the water. Is there a dress code? Patrons were wearing thongs around kids. No microwaves in the rooms. Again at this price- really? With kids? With all that said, I would visit again- maybe not this location.

The staff was beautiful and very helpful light and friendly. The hotel was very clean water park and arcade was really fun and joyous!

Not so clean in room. Checkin wasnt available even we told will be ready no later than 4pm. I went back 401pm and staff still told room not available. Don't get me wrong...we were there 3pm which 1 hour early so when they told me we need wait till 4pm. Which we completely ok with that. But once after 4pm i said hell no. We want our room immediately then staff said ok. I was like wth

Hidden charges, cc card was charged multiple times for safe deposit that they didnt mention, got a package for breakfast and come to find out bby staff members i could of saved money and complained like we did and got them free which i had to pay for mine. This could be a long complaints of this place but may i suggest another place. It also had black mold in our room and was told by front desk it was okay its not harmful
