Everything was great, except that everything opens late. As a mom of a 4 yr. old we were up and ready to start our day at 8 AM, but nothing was open besides Dunkin Donuts. The pool didn't open for another 2 hrs. Difficult to explain to a child that the pool is closed for hours yet.

Staff was good, friendly, helpful. Too many "add ons" not disclosed in advance, no in room microwave. Not a big deal, but no closet or safe in the room

TV did not work in the room lightbulbs were burnt out and you they close too early and opened it too late. Barely had time to do anything. And paying for parking was a joke.
