Staff was very friendly, however being nickeled and dimed for parking was an inconvenience. Property was adequate, AC vents need to be cleaned and sanitized, but everything else was on par. Had an issue with a thieving patron, but that is no fault of GWL.

Did not like having to shell out additional money for parking at a hotel im staying at, having to ask for blankets for the bed, room service did not clean room while we were gine and no microwave in room
