"Convinient location near bus and train station"

Friendly welcoming staff, at a convinient located hotel. Lots of shops and food options around. Next to bus station and train station. Staff took luggage to room - we left luggage as we had arrived before check in time. Tea and coffee available near the reception till 10pm with an area to eat /enjoy the views. Green tea in rooms with a kettle.

"A good stay in Matsumoto"

They are at 10th floor for Reception. It's also where the setting for breakfast or restaurant are. It's amazing view from it. Also free drinks all day, such as coffee and tea.

"Very recommended stay"

We stayed for 1 night as a connection point between takayama and tokyo. The hotel is right next to matsumoto station which was extremely helpfull. There is a 24-7 family mart at the first floor. The room was ok- a bit small but comfy. Breakfast was great and diverst. Overall an excellent value for money stay.

Propefrty was close to station and within walking distance to Matsumoto Castle and historic streets. Great view of surrounding mountains from restaurant on 10th floor.

"Good place and super convenient location"

The only negative thing was that a room was on 4th floor with no views at all. The hotel is located across a street from a bus terminal and across a square from a rail station (a car parking .lot is across a street if you are driving) Outstanding buffet breakfast (you will need to book a specific time slot). Very polite and helpful personnel. Rooms are quite simplistic in their appeal and though have very comfortable firm beds. I personally enjoyed a deep and rather short bathtub that allows you sink in a hot water all the way up to a neck.
