Clean simple interior Great location Perfect for transit

Very well run and maintained hotel. The front of staff was very friendly, and the building is right in the city centre. Their lobby is on the 10F with a small seating area with WiFi and free drink machine so can do work or relax there. Let me leave my bags at the hotel after check-out. The room is small, if I had many bags it would have been a tight fit, but okay for my needs.

Expensive for the level and space...................................

A very nice hotel with a great view when having breakfast and having free coffee within the hotel.

The breakfast service is great and the restaurant’s view was perfect. The location is near the station which is very convenient for us. The room is big for three people and I like their shampoo product which is smelling so good.

Located just opposite the train station. Super convenient with many eateries and convenience stores nearby. Staff are helpful and friendly. Love the yummy breakfast which comes with a nice view of the Japan Alps. Good soundproofing. The only flaw is the room size which is very small for a family of 4. Could only find space to open 2 luggage. Overall still a good stay.

Very close to the train station, lots of restaurants and close to Matsumoto Castle. Small room, our 3 suitcases took up all of the floor space.

Very low quality bedding. Good location but low quality, compared to other similar hotels.

Great location just infront of the JR station and next to the Bus Terminal. Great view at e check in lobby. Below the hotel there was a 24hr convenient Store.

There is good location from Matsumoto station. You can walk to Matsumoto castle and traditional town.
