Premier Hotel Cabin Matsumoto

We chose this hotel based on location since we were visiting several places in the area, and wanted to be close to the train station. It was a great choice! We were able to swing by the hotel in between activities, grab a free coffee/tea, and keep moving.

Great location, within steps from the train station. Many shops and restaurants around. Castle only 10 min walk. View from breakfast area, amazing!

Very servicable place to stay for one night. Convenient to the rail station and shops. Good breakfast.

Location was excellent. Has basic facilities and toiletries, but the room did not seem to be cleaned thoroughly. There was hair stuck to the bathroom wall when we arrived, and multiple disturbing stains on the blanket.

Great location across from train station. Free tea and coffee. Bed was a little hard but Ok. Good price.

Room siz is reasonable and clean. Staff are family but they really need to improve their English. Also improve their instruction manual, such as the direction to carpark. The Hotel also doesn’t provide free carpark when the policy status as “self parking”. There are five minutes walk between Hotel and carpark. I won’t recommend if you travel with young children. Food is even worse. Very little choices. You get what you see on the picture nothing more. The Hotel provides only One meat dish which is horse meat. Other dishes are vegetables.
