The restaurant was good,

There was renovation going on and the whole of reception, lounge was looking derelict. 😔 we should have been informed about this when we booked the hotel 😖

Good breakfast, but everyday was similar breakfast

Did not have WiFi for the first day, TV signal was very poor and very limited channels, and no sauna , steam room or gym was available,

The rooms are good. The restaurant has good food and good staff as well. The hotel was clean and rooms were clean too. Staff was attentive too.

Staff, in particular the front desk Manager ....very arrogant and egoistic. Needs training on customer relations.

breakfast was ok. Location is very good tho noisy

my room was opposite the elevator and hence very noisy

Restaurant and it's staff

I have stayed in many hotels in many countries. Imperial is the first one which asked for room payment as soon as I arrived instead of settling the bill when checking out.

Property is conveniently located for shopping etc. property is maintained well, staff could be more responsive to needs but overall still a good experience.
