Location Dr Yagnik Road - good & close to city Centre.

Attitude on staff is poor at best - made me feel uncomfortable at check in even as a fellow Gujarati which is nothing less than scandalous. Didn’t set the right tone. Issues with getting into room at first and key card.

Shower didn't have hot water - quite a dissapointment!

Poor service and very dated hotel

Having visited the hotel several times I was very disappointed at how dated and unclean the room was. Large cracks in the wall and broken door frames. The facilities to include spa and massage were not available and this was not explained at the time of booking. When I sought a refund for the 3 days that I did not stay I was initially informed this was approved by the manager. After leaving the hotel the manager refused to honour the refund. Very unprofessional service. Would not recommend.

We have been staying at this hotel since the past 20 years. But this year the service was extremely bad. There was no warm water and the housekeeping was completely useless. The keys system was not working as well. Every now and then the keys were getting deactivated. Such service was never observed before. Except for the quality of food , nothing else was satisfactory.

The wash room towels and napkin need renewal, water cleaning spout was with no pressure, the tea cups and saucers were not clean. The women's common wash rooms in lobby was not clean and need upgrade

The Hotel Manager Rahul Roy, worst person seen ever in Travel Industry, he can even snach your phone and threaten you with murder .
