The Imperial Palace

Very pleased with the hotel from the initial welcome at reception through to the restaurant. Very friendly and respective staff all over the hotel. 10/10 for the room services crew, nothing was impossible for them to provide and all did this with a smile. Decor of the lobby, restaurant, lobbies all refreshing and bright. Hotel seems to be maintaining the hotel finishes to the star rating. Airport transfer is at a reasonable price and was on time in the early hours. Hotel also provided a packed breakfast as we were going to miss breakfast to catch our flight. Only negative comment is relating to the bedroom door, it’s not acoustically treated as they are in the UK with comparable star rating. Noise in the corridors travels through, especially when you are looking to sleep. However, we would book again without hesitation.

Central location. Large and open spaces. Welcoming staff and very helpful in all ways.

From check-in to check-out, we have been very happy with the service from the amazing staff. The food is great with heaps of options and the room was very clean and big. We did get an early check-in as we arrived early, and the staff went above and beyond. Overall, I am very satisfied with everything and would definitely come back here.

Location, Room, Overall Cleanliness

Room locks. As family we had 4 rooms and none of the locks were operating. Everytime we had to get the card activated or call House Keeping with Master Key. Also, there was no Green Tea in the Room and when called for, we were informed that the same is made available in the Room. During Breakfast, Curd served was frozen.

Had a Fanta 3 night stay at this lovely well run hotel. Simply the best in Rajkot. Naresh Arte door was fantastic and very helpful with all my needs. See you soon.

Good room size but internet did not work in the room for 1.5 days out of my 2days of stay. Each time I had to go by reception desk to get WiFi and that made it inconvenient. Also, cable tv did not work for half a day.

It was amazing and the staff were so hospitable.
