Very noisy early morning due to slamming doors by people taking towels to put on sun beds at 6:30🥵

I had to change the rooms 4-5 times as most pi f the rooms show to me were Stinking and had a very foul Odour. I was not shown the rooms before making a payment of around INR 19000 for two nights, and the staff flatly refused to refund the amount. This is outright cheating and a rip off. One family that saw the rooms, left the property immediately and went to hyatt hotel which is. 100 metres from this property, I was foolish to make the payment through booking.com and got ripped off. Finally the staff gave me the Studio room / their highest room- which has massive mosquitos and even the AC was leaking water inside the room ! A complete rip off for unsuspecting travellers. The photos of the property on booking.com are inaccurate as there is repairs going on in the property and may parts are closed off. There was o hot water in the bathrooms and one of the fancy looking restaurant you see in booking.com photos is closed. Total cheats ! Be aware !

Would loved to have given this hotel a 5 star rating but due to the quality of sleep I had (which I will cover later) I have had to remove a star. The staff here are fantastic. So helpful and friendly. One example is one of the restaurant managers noticed I only ate salad at lunchtime (my usual diet) and was quite concerned I didn't like the food. Even though I assured him I was fine he insisted that the chef should cook me whatever I wanted. Never had such caring service from an all inclusive before. The food was fine but not being a foodie I can't comment any more. Another nice touch was Tom serenading you with his violin when you arrive. Too many names to mention but one other area I will comment on is the reception staff. So friendly. A lot of all inclusive hotels I have stayed in the reception staff can be a bit stand offish but here they took time for a quick chat every day. Room was clean and had everything I needed. Had a problem with the hot water one day but the hotel was very quick to get maintenance to sort the issue so my water was lovely and hot again within a very short time. Also had a couple of massages at the spa at a reasonable price. Location is perfect. Just a few minutes walk down to the beach which is about 5 miles long end to end. Walked it many times. Also very close to shops and the centre of Candolim. I never ventured out in the evening being a single female so cannot comment on the local nightlife. Now for the down side. I asked for a quiet room as I have hearing issues and loud noises wake me. I think I only had 2 nights of undisturbed sleep throughout my stay. Not good. There was door slamming at all hours of the night and early morning from selfish moronic tourists I assume. I did consider a room change but was it worth the hassle as I couldn't work out where the door slamming was coming from? Not sure what the hotel can do about this but it does not make me want to return. Shame as I liked the hotel.

Lovely friendly staff and great hotel. Very near beach and shops. Great fun over Christmas and New Year celebrations. The food on these occasions was spectacular. The pool area is clean with plenty of beds and helpful staff. The rooms well appointed good showers and comfortable beds, linen changed regularly. Some rooms are noisy if near roads with traffic most of the night. There is also building work around the area but this didn’t affect us. The beach is 5 minutes away and lovely walking across the sands. The beach shacks are great cheep alcohol, good food with comfortable beds. Great for sundowners.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive from check-in to check-out, which made the experience feel welcoming and comfortable. The food was delicious—well-prepared, flavorful, and with good variety. The dining options consistently hit the spot. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a friendly atmosphere, excellent service, and tasty meals.

We visited whispering palms in December for 2 weeks. The hotel is quiet and in a great location and only a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. The food was good with a choice of options including Indian and a few European dishes but everything was tasty and freshly cooked. The omelettes for breakfast were delicious! The hotel is spotlessly clean and well maintained and the staff are what makes this hotel a special place. All the staff were amazing and friendly and went above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. Special shout out to Ranjan and the bar staff who kept our drinks flowing and always with a smile and a chat. We stayed in room 102 and Ruzario did a great job of keeping the room amazingly clean with exceptional towel art to surprise you every day. Would definitely recommend and would love to return. Thank you whispering palms for a truly magical holiday.

Best place for visit in whispering palms beach resort in Goa. Amazing experience and best staff & fully cooperative with all the guests. Very near to the Candolim beach.

We have just returned from a fabulous 2 week holiday. The hotel is well placed to access the beautiful beach. Our room overlooked the pool, but no noise from fellow travellers could be heard. All the staff, from the hotel managers, reception staff, waiters, bar staff and others couldn't do anymore to make our stay magical, the chef is amazing and would make anything you requested, if needed. A special shout out to Satyajit, who cleaned our room immaculately every day. Trisha the lovely lady who keeps the reception, toilets, restaurant and pool area clean, was amazing, alway a friendly , greeting us every day with a beautiful smile. Dora also served our breakfast with a smile and with a fabulous sense of fun. Dheeraj and Vicky were brilliant, and a special shout out to the 2 guys who put the sunbeds out and hand out towels (sorry forgot their names ) work really hard and made our stay perfect. The Christmas Eve garla was something special. This hotel is fabulous value for money and we will certainly return. Thankyou for fabulous memories made. Thankyou all, we had a brilliant time.
