"My room on the second floor was quiet and spacious. It had the facilities I needed. I found the bed and pillows comfor"

The reception area was spacious, no problems checking in. The corridor was light and airy and the room had a big, east facing window. I enjoyed breakfast and slept well. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

On arrival I thought the dining area looked rather dark and uninviting.

Location was convenient for motorway. Beds were comfy enough. Was a nice clean and tidy place to stay

Breakfast wasn't great. Some Staff were so miserable which made talking to them awkward. Others were lovely and welcoming

Room had plenty of space and bed was comfortable. Convenient location and good restaurant next door. Staff were really friendly

Seemed understaffed and had to wait for drinks and to check out. Basic breakfast

The evening menu was very limited,and the food served was of very poor quality. I understand from the staff that the Burgers we ordered were pr-cooked and heated up when ordered.They were absolutely tasteless and dry. The staff did took our company with understanding.
